- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
